The Milton Prairie Museum will be open. This unique museum specializes in tractors and machinery as well as antiques.  The Milton Prairie Museum has a wide variety of interesting items to young and old, men and women alike.

Food: Milton has the best homemade pies in Pike County! Enjoy pie by the slice, personal sized pies and whole pies. New this year...pie and cake on a stick!!!  East Pike Fire Protection District ladies auxiliary and firefighters will be selling Milton's famous whole hog pork sandwiches as well as award winning BBQ brisket sandwiches.  Homemade pork rinds, jams and jellies and many more foods and snacks are available.

Activities: Look for the historic bandstand on the square for a "Car Smash" sponsored by the East Pike Fire Protection District. For a donation to the fire department, participants get to pound, beat and smash an old car with a sledge hammer!!!  Youngsters can pick out a free pumpkin or gourd and enjoy searching through gallons of shelled corn in the "corn box" for a toy prize.

The Welcome Booth is always located in the bandstand in Milton.  This year, we are celebrating Milton's 175th Birthday as well as the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Milton Corn Carnival. In the bandstand, there will be a display of old Milton pictures, Milton and East Pike school yearbooks and Corn Carnival memorabilia.  Retro-style East Pike Panthers t-shirts will also be for sale.
