PEARL

LocationThe Village of Pearl once known a Pearl Station, surveyed in September 1872 is located along the Illinois River in the southeast corner of the county.  The village was incorporated in 1881.

 Crafts, Flea Market Items, Bunkhouse Joe Coffee.
Food Catfish Sandwiches, Chili, Jams & Jellies, Kettle Korn, Coffee and Donuts.Pies, Cookies, Hot Dogs. Delicious produce like Apples, Pumpkins, Apple Cider, Apple Butter & much more.
Activities 

 Annual Post Cards, the 25th in a series. All past years are also available.

For children up to 10 yrs. old there will be rides on a miniature train.

Pearl has three major transportation arteries: Route 100, The Kansas City Southern Railway and the Illinois River.

Pearl also is the home of the Twin Culverts.  They were featured on our annual postcard in 1993.
